These terms govern your use of micro-LEAN, a web tool for mapping, analyzing and planning business processes. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, make sure you have permission to do so.

Use and eligibility

Use the service for lawful business or personal process design. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Do not use it to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload material you have no right to use.

Your work

You keep rights to process content you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to store, sync, display and transmit it when you choose those features. Work created without an account is saved in your browser; you are responsible for keeping an export or backup. You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to put into a process or share.

Shares and exports

A share link lets anyone holding it open a snapshot until it expires or is revoked. Check the recipient and contents before sending a link. Exported maps, presentations and build files are planning materials. Review their accuracy, permissions, safety and suitability, and test generated files in the receiving tools before use. You remain responsible for any process or automation you implement.

No automated execution or guaranteed result

micro-LEAN does not run automations or send process data to an AI model automatically. Proposed improvements are rule based. Time and cost figures are modeled estimates from your inputs, subject to coverage checks; they are not verified savings, professional advice or a promise of any result.

Plans and payment

The app is free to use during the launch preview. No payment is taken today. The displayed Free, Pro and Enterprise plans describe planned packaging and may change before paid launch. Pro is proposed at USD $15 monthly or USD $144 annually for one user; unlimited processes remain subject to normal technical and storage limits. Before any subscription is offered, we will show the final price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund policy, and ask you to agree to them. Existing work will stay accessible if plans change.

Availability and accounts

We may change or discontinue features, or suspend use that harms the service or violates these terms. We may close the service with reasonable notice where practicable and an opportunity to export available data. You may delete your account in the app. See the Privacy notice for retention and deletion details.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and where appropriate we will provide notice in the app before they apply. Contact us with questions.
